Refund & Cancellation Policy

At the 83rd IRC Annual Session Event, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. Please familiarize yourself with the following refund guidelines:

Registration Fee:

Delay in Payment: If there is a likelihood of delay in payment by your respective Government/Organization, it is your responsibility to ensure the registration fee reaches the IRC office in New Delhi by 30 november 2024, to secure timely registration. The amount received will be fully refunded upon receipt of the registration fee paid on your behalf by your respective Department.

Cancellation by Individual Delegates:Cancellation requests from individual delegates must be received by the IRC office in New Delhi by 30 november 2024. In such cases, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after this date.

Official and Local Delegates: No refund of the registration fee will be provided for official and local delegates, regardless of the cancellation date. However, substitutions can be made for official delegates by the concerned Governments/Organizations in case of canceled nominations.

Accommodation Charges:

Cancellation Deadline: Accommodation charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the Session.

Payment and Stay Duration: Accommodation charges must be paid in advance. No refunds will be issued for a shorter stay duration.
